About Zoe

coverProgdins is the kitchen diary of Zoe Bowman, a 40 year old woman with two small boys and one large man to keep fed. We live in Canberra, Australia.

We keep chickens, grow veggies and try and buy local and ethically produced food where feasible. Where it’s not feasible we just make sure we enjoy ourselves tucking in.

I love blogging about food, and this post about my talk at the first Australian Food Blogger’s conference Eat.Drink.Blog explains why. You can click through that image on the left for an interview with The Canberra Times Food & Wine Section where I bang on at considerable length (click again to enlarge).

Please note that in migrating the blog I lost the connection between individual authors and posts – for info about the site’s other writers, and links to their other writing on the web, check out the Contributors page.
